Buy a Driving License With Code 95
Code 95 is required for truck drivers who wish to work professionally in Europe. This document is also required for drivers from Ukraine as well as other non EU countries.

Costs
In a world in which transport plays an important role in economic activity and the movement of goods and people professional driving skills are increasingly becoming a necessity. However, getting this ability is not inexpensive. It is necessary to consider a variety of costs, including the cost for training and the test. In the Netherlands, obtaining Code 95 may cost as up to 3000 euros. Fortunately, the expenses associated with the process of acquiring this certificate are much lower in Poland and can be as low as 1500-2000 PLN.
For truck drivers, the Code 95 certificate is necessary to operate trucks that weigh more than 7.5 tons in Europe. The certificate is valid for 5 years and must be added to the driver's license category C or C+E. The certificate can be added to C1 or C1E licenses, allowing the driver to use lighter trailer combinations.
You must take a psychological test and a medical examination to receive a Code 95 Certificate. After completing the course you will receive the plastic Code 95 Certificate that can be added to your driving license. The course fee includes a medical exam, PKZ service and payment for the plastic Code 95 Certificate.
The cost of the Code 95 certificate is similar to other driving courses. It is also important to remember that the course must be held at a CBR-approved driving academy. Trainers must follow strict CBR guidelines. For example in the event that the student is absent from an class, the teacher must report it to the CBR immediately.
After the course, the student must go to the Road Traffic Safety Directorate to apply for a new license. The deadline to replace the license is six months from the date the course was completed. This is to make sure that the driver has the necessary level of competence and knowledge to drive an automobile that is heavy-duty. The driver should also know how to read the speed limits and kilometer signs posted on the road.
Training options
Code 95 on a driver's license signifies that you have completed the necessary training to drive buses or trucks professionally. It is a requirement you must meet every five years to renew your work license. The periodical training of 35 hours can be completed at a driving school or at home via e-learning. It is possible to spread out the course over a five-year time frame. The course is usually paid for by your employer.
There are two kinds of instruction for Code 95: the long course and the shorter course. The long course lasts for about four weeks and ends with a governmental test. After passing the test you will be issued a plastic card. The card has to be submitted into the database of unification European certificates. The school where you attended classes will then submit the card to the database. The card will be processed in 14 days.
The course will cost you approximately 2,000 PLN, while the exam is 300 PLN. You will have to pay an additional cost to the school to allow them to upload your certificate into the unified European database. Once the card has been created you can collect it from the school.
As trainers you must adhere to a set of protocols to be able to provide a course that is Code 95. First, you must submit a training plan to the CBR. This training plan must be approved prior the beginning of classes. You must also follow other strict procedures throughout the training.
You will receive an official certificate from the CBR when you have completed the course successfully. This certificate can be sent to the RDW. You can then renew your license at the municipality once you have submitted it successfully. If you don't renew your license by the expiration date, you are not able to operate trucks or buses professionally for more than 12 hours per week. If you want to drive more than 12 hours a week, you'll need to complete a new training course.
Exams
You must pass both the theory and practical tests to get the code 95 on your license. These tests can be taken on their own, or as part of the acquisition of a basic category license at a driving school. Upon successful completion of the tests, you will be given a certificate and code 95 card. The card is valid only for five years and has to be renewed by the expiration date.
Depending on the training programme and the type of training you choose, you can opt for short or long-term courses to prepare for the code 95 exam. The long course is about four weeks long and culminates with a test administered by the government. This exam asks you to answer 30 questions about the topics covered in your classes.
You must complete 35 hours of periodic training every five years following passing the code 95 exam. It is possible to do this in the country in which you live or work. The training sessions are conducted by an instructor. The CBR provides an online tool for finding an instructor. You will receive a confirmation from both your teacher and CBR after you have completed the course. The CBR will inform the RDW of your completion.
A digital tachograph also required for vehicles with a weight of more than 3,500 kilograms. The tachograph records driving times and breaks, and saves these on a Tachograph. Kiwa will assist you in applying for a tachograph card, which you then can install in your vehicle. If you drive for more than 12 consecutive hours, you must take frequent breaks.
The largest driving licence in Europe is the C-license. In the Netherlands, the requirement is that you pass the initial qualification for professional drivers at the Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen, or CBR, in Dutch). You must also have medical exam.
For kartaxpresspoland and buses, you must also hold a driving license C or D. The requirements for bus drivers are different than those for trucks in that they must pass a written exam and an oral test. They also need to have an official code85 which is a professional certificate.
Requirements
This is a must-do step for truckers wanting to work in The Netherlands. This code on a driver's licence proves that the driver has completed the required training requirements for professional truckers (Certificates of Professional Competence - Verklaring van Vakbekwaamheid). Without it truck drivers aren't permitted to operate professionally for more than 12 hours in a week.
You must attend professional training to get a driving licence with the code 95. These are typically provided by driving schools. They also conduct the required examinations. The first time you take an examination, you'll have to pass a formal and practical test in the appropriate category. If you succeed the driving school will issue you a certificate. You will need to submit this certificate to the RDW, together with your driver's license.
Your driver's license will show an '95' after you have passed the exam. The code is valid for a period of five years. If you don't renew your code 95 before expiration, you will not be able to drive trucks.
The code 95 course includes both practical and theoretical training. The theoretical training is a mix of classroom instruction as well as online learning. The online learning component is done through a dedicated website. You can attend classes from any place and at any time. The theoretical part comprises a total of 35 academic classes. You can also take online tests and checking the completed tasks.
If you are planning to transport dangerous goods, you will have to enroll in an ADR basic training course (18 hours). This will give you a five year ADR driver's certification. This is required for all professional drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods.
The new style of licences for trucks and busses was introduced in 2011. The licence is laminated similar to the European driving licence card, with the bearer's photograph as well as their name (in Latin and Cyrillic scripts) as well as the date/place of issue, allowed categories, and signature. The older booklet-style and credit-card licences are no longer valid.
